Every athlete MUST complete a Liability Waiver prior to participating in any classes!
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Tumbling 1: Solidifying proper body positions and basic skills like somersaults, handstands, cartwheels, round-offs and backhandsprings. *Friday class intended for ages 5-10 only!
Tumbling 2: Achieved backhandspring but need to perfect overall technique and form before advancing to Tumbling 3.
Tumbling 3: Strong backhandspring series and working standing back tucks, running tucks and basic front tumbling.
Tumbling 4: Have perfected tucks and working layouts, full twists, advanced front tumbling and specialty passes.
SuperStretch: Specialized session focused on overall flexibility and awareness through active and stretching. 30 MINUTES!
Youth/Teen Open Gym: Session geared toward athletes who desire to work on their own skills. NO instruction is offered during open gyms.
